About
A few words about who I am, and how I work.
A quiet introduction
My name is Anders Stark.
I am guided by a long-standing curiosity about what lies beneath the surface of life — beyond roles, stories and expectations.
My work has grown from lived experience, not from theory alone.
How my path has unfolded
Over the years, my journey has moved through different worlds — creative industries, travel, meeting people from many cultures, and long periods of inner exploration.
What has remained constant is a desire to understand life more deeply:
How do we live in a way that feels true?
How do we listen beneath thought?
How do we return to a sense of inner freedom and balance?
These questions have shaped both my life and my work.
What I work with today
Today, I work at the intersection of body awareness, reflection and lived experience.
My approach is grounded and practical, yet deeply inward.
I draw from practices such as meditation, self-inquiry, conscious self-talk and subtle body awareness — including a form of chakra toning that has developed organically through my own practice.
Rather than offering fixed methods, I create spaces where listening, presence and clarity can emerge naturally.
A way of living
What I have come to understand is simple:
Wellbeing is not about fixing ourselves. It is about remembering how to be present.
Freedom grows when we meet ourselves honestly, with patience and care.
This perspective runs through everything I share — in writing, in conversation, and in one-to-one work.
An open invitation

There is no hurry. The work unfolds in its own time.
