How I work

I work one-to-one, in a grounded and personal way.

The work is shaped in the moment, based on what is alive for you.

There is no fixed program to follow.

No performance to live up to.

Instead, we meet where you are, and allow clarity, direction and steadiness to emerge naturally.


What the work may include

Depending on what you are seeking, our work may touch on:

  • body awareness and grounding

  • breath and simple presence practices

  • self-talk and inner orientation

  • listening beneath habitual thought

  • clarifying direction without force
